Leaseholder Meetings
Block Management Worcester has extensive experience in organising and chairing leaseholder meetings, including Annual General Meetings and other meetings required by leaseholders, Residents’ Management Companies and clients.
We can arrange and professionally chair meetings in person, online through video conferencing, or using a combination of both, making it easier for leaseholders to attend regardless of their location.
For in-person meetings, Block Management UK Ltd can use projectors, PowerPoint presentations and other visual materials to clearly present relevant information, planned works, financial matters and other items on the meeting agenda. Where appropriate, presentations and supporting documents can also be shared electronically with attendees.
We can also arrange additional leaseholder meetings where these are considered beneficial or necessary, even where a meeting is not specifically required under the company’s memorandum and articles. This can be particularly useful for major works projects, significant expenditure, consultations or other matters where leaseholder involvement and communication are important.
