Property Management Department

Property management is not a one-person job. In order to provide a full, professional service, your property manager is assisted by the Accounts Department who handle a great deal of the work that goes into managing your property. The role of the property manager is to oversee and coordinate the other departments to ensure that your site is managed in line with the RMC's expectations and, of course, the law.

Accounts Department

The accounts department is responsible for the timely and accurate production of budgets, schedules and statements. If the property manager cannot answer a finance-related question, they will make sure a member of the accounts department takes up the issue.
