Block Management UK Ltd as part of our standard service, to ensure peace of mind for our clients. If you call Block Management UK Ltd between 5pm and 9am, you can choose the emergency service option. You will then be transferred to the on-call Property Manager.
This trained and experienced property professional will confirm a genuine emergency and allocate the job to a contractor as local to you as possible. We'll agree an appropriate timescale with you for the job to be attended to and we’ll keep you updated along the way. By getting to the task at hand as quickly as possible, we will very often be preventing further damage and expense.
