Leaseholder Meetings

Block Management Tokyngton are skilled and experienced in leaseholder meetings, therefore we will professionally chair any annual general meeting or leaseholder meeting that may be required.

Block Management Tokyngton often use a projector and PowerPoint presentation to ensure that all in attendance can clearly see the works being carried out and any relevant information to the meeting/agenda at hand.

Block Management Tokyngton will further carry out leaseholder meetings as required that may not necessarily be part of the standard memorandum and articles, this may be sensible/ necessary for subject such as major works projects or when an AGM is not legally required but the client still requires a leaseholder meeting.
