Block Management UK Ltd understands that contractor procurement must be carried out with great care, as it is essential that only the highest-level contractors can be part of our approved contractor database, in order to ensure the highest level of workmanship.
Block Management UK Ltd.’s contractor procurement system means that they can search and find contractors and contractors can apply online themselves.
Contractors can only be set to a live status on the system (and therefore be considered for works) if they have met all of the stated criteria, some of which is as follows: all relevant insurance certificates received and scanned onto the system, at least one trade reference scanned onto the system, agreed rates, agreed payment terms, and where necessary a contractor may be interviewed by one of our property management team.
