We’ve managed almost every conceivable type of block – from Grade II listed conversions through 1930s mansion blocks to large multi-block urban sites.
Along the way, we’ve become experts in concierge services, security and CCTV. We commonly manage features you expect in large BTR sites such as on-site fitness centres, swimming pools, roof terraces, children's play areas, landscaped communal gardens and water features. But we also look after specialist installations such as eco features like biomass boilers and grass roofs.
We currently manage blocks across the country including in key areas that are seeing high growth of BTR developments such as London, Portsmouth, Bristol and Leeds. Our property teams are experienced in managing multiple blocks either in the same location or in different locations.
